3. To register a company, a business license application, memorandum, and agreement between founders must be submitted
4. Once documents are submitted, the HK Companies Registrar reviews the application and makes a decision on incorporation
5. After registration, founders receive a Business Registration Certificate (BRC), confirming company registration and permission for business activities
6. Registration process takes two weeks
